How do I place an order?

Just choose any 6-, 8- or 10-item box, add meals to your cart, and check out with either a one-time purchase or a subscription. You’ll see the exact ship date on your confirmation email. (more shipping details below)

Can I buy once without subscribing?

Yes—select “One-Time” at checkout. One-time meals cost $13.99 each, while subscribers pay $9.99 each (plus first-box free shipping).

What’s included in a subscription?

• Weekly auto-deliveries that you can pause anytime for up to 8 weeks.
• Price-lock at $9.99 per meal.
• Skip or swap meals until 6 AM MT the business day before your ship date.

How do I edit an order that’s already placed?

Use “Edit Meals” in your dashboard within 6 hours of purchase for same-day changes, or before 6 AM MT the morning your box is scheduled to ship. After the cutoff, the order is locked for food-safety reasons.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes—digital gift cards just email [email protected].

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

To all 48 contiguous U.S. states via UPS 2-Day Air or OnTrac 2-Day Ground, ensuring every address receives product within 48 hours in transit.

Which days do you ship?

We pack and ship Monday–Wednesday. Orders placed after 6 AM MT Wednesday—or anytime Thursday-Sunday—leave our facility the following Monday.

What is the order cutoff for same-day shipping?

6 AM Mountain Time. Orders completed after that time ship the next eligible day; packing stops at 12 PM MT.

How long will my meals stay frozen in transit?

Each box contains ≤5 lb of dry ice (under the 2.5 kg Class 9 limit for non-haz materials) and an insulated liner rated for 48–72 hours, so meals arrive rock-solid even in summer.

Will I get tracking information?

A tracking email goes out the moment UPS scans the label.

Packaging & Sustainability

What materials do you use?

Meals are skin-packed in recyclable trays, bundled with compostable paper-fiber insulation and curbside-recyclable corrugate.

Is the dry ice dangerous?

Handle with gloves, allow it to evaporate in a well-ventilated area, and keep away from children and pets. UPS classifies ≤2.5 kg per box as non-hazardous.

How do you verify temperature safety?

Random shipments include iButton data loggers that record temps every few minutes and flag any excursion above 2 °C.

Meals & Nutrition

What kinds of meals do you offer?

Chef-crafted sous-vide entrées (steak, salmon, chicken), handmade Italian pizzas, and new breakfast items like burritos and English-muffin sandwiches—each 450–650 kcal and ≥30 g protein.

Are your meals low in sodium?

Yes—each entrée stays below 520 mg of sodium, meeting the USDA “healthy” sodium guideline.

Do you accommodate special diets or allergens?

All eight major allergens are clearly labeled per FDA FALCPA rules, and vegetarian and high-protein options are tagged in the menu.

Are the meals fully cooked?

Sous-vide items are cooked to ≥130 °F (54.4 °C) for the USDA-recommended hold-time, then blast-chilled and frozen. You only need to reheat.

Preparation & Storage

How should I store the meals on arrival?

Place them straight in the freezer (0 °F/-18 °C). Frozen foods remain safe indefinitely; quality is best within 6 months.

What’s the correct way to thaw?

Thaw overnight in the refrigerator, or use the microwave’s defrost setting and cook immediately—never thaw at room temperature.

Can I refreeze a meal after thawing?

Yes—if it was thawed in the fridge and stayed below 40 °F you may refreeze, though texture may suffer slightly.

How do I reheat?

• Microwave: 4–6 min on high (vent film).
• Oven: 350 °F for 15–18 min (remove film, keep tray).
Internal temperature should reach 165 °F for safety.

Subscription & Billing

How does billing work?

Your saved payment method (Stripe-encrypted) is charged each week at 6 AM MT on ship day. We accept major cards, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and Cash App.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes—two deliveries. Canceling earlier converts past deliveries to one-time pricing and the difference is charged on your final invoice.

How do I pause or skip deliveries?

Click “Pause” in your dashboard up to five days before delivery—no fee.

What is your chargeback policy?

We follow Stripe Radar best practices by providing delivery confirmation and signed terms to banks; fraudulent disputes may result in account suspension.

Safety & Quality

Are you inspected?

Our facility operates under a USDA-approved HACCP plan and scored “Excellent” on its last audit (July 2025).

Is sous-vide safe?

Yes—vacuum sealing and controlled temperatures greatly reduce bacterial risk when done to USDA guidance.

Do you test for allergens?

All production lines are swabbed between runs; full allergen changeover logs are kept on file per FDA requirements.

Problems & Returns

My box arrived late or warm—what now?

Snap photos of the shipping label and interior, then email [email protected] within 24 hours. We’ll ship a replacement or issue a refund.

An item is missing or damaged—help!

Contact us within 3 days of delivery; we’ll credit or reship the missing meal free of charge.

Do you do bulk or corporate orders?
