Thank you for choosing EatFood.Live for your meal delivery needs. This Shipping & Returns policy outlines important information regarding the shipping and delivery of your orders, as well as our policy on returns and refunds.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Location: We ship our meals from our state-of-the-art facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Schedule & Processing: To ensure your meals arrive frozen and in perfect condition, we ship orders exclusively on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. This schedule is designed to prevent your package from being held in a carrier facility over the weekend. Orders are typically processed for shipping within 1-2 business days, in line with our shipping schedule. Orders placed later in the week (Thursday-Sunday) will be shipped on the following Monday.
Our Commitment to Quality: Premium 2-Day Shipping: We are dedicated to providing an exceptional experience from our kitchen to yours. All orders are shipped using a premium 2-day delivery service. Our shipping costs directly reflect this commitment to quality; we use best-in-class insulated packaging and dry ice to create a deep-freeze environment within the shipping container. This ensures your meals remain completely frozen and food-safe until the moment they arrive at your door.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, which you can use to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Receiving Your Delivery: It is the customer's responsibility to be available to receive the delivery and to promptly transfer the frozen meals to a freezer upon arrival. We are not responsible for product spoilage if the package is left unattended for an extended period after delivery.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of checkout. EatFood.Live is not responsible for shipping delays, failed deliveries, or spoiled products resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Perishable Goods: Due to the perishable nature of our frozen food products, we cannot accept returns. Food safety and quality are our highest priorities, and returned food items cannot be restocked or resold.
Issues with Your Order: Your satisfaction is paramount. If you experience any issues with your order, such as:
- Damaged or Defective Meals
- Incorrect Meals Received
- Missing Items
- Quality Concerns (taste, texture, etc.)
Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and photographic evidence (e.g., photos of damaged packaging, incorrect items, or quality concerns). We investigate all claims and reserve the right to require additional information or evidence to assist in our investigation. EatFood.Live monitors all claims for patterns of fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements and to terminate customer accounts if we detect a pattern of abuse or fraudulent claims, as determined in our sole discretion.
Refunds or Replacements: After reviewing the issue, we may offer a refund, store credit, or a replacement for the affected meals at our sole discretion. Our goal is to ensure you have a positive experience.
Refund Processing: If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

For information regarding order cancellations or modifications, please refer to our Terms of Service or contact customer support as soon as possible after placing your order.
